1. Accepting these terms
By using celebrationkraft.com ("the Site") — whether browsing, joining the waitlist, or placing an order — you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Major changes will be emailed to waitlist subscribers and order customers.
2. Using our Site
You agree to:
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
- Provide accurate information when signing up or ordering.
- Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Site.
- Not scrape product images, copy, or use our content without permission.
- Not use the Site to impersonate anyone or commit fraud.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone violating these terms.
3. Waitlist & pre-launch
The Crystal Rakhi Gift Box is currently pre-launch. By joining the waitlist you:
- Agree to receive launch notifications from us at the email you provided.
- Understand that joining the waitlist does not reserve a product or guarantee delivery.
- Will be eligible for the perks promised (48-hour early access, ₹200 off launch day, free gift wrapping) as long as you complete a purchase within 72 hours of public launch.
- Can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
The first run is limited to 200 boxes. We cannot guarantee availability if waitlist signups exceed stock — early access is granted in waitlist-signup order.
4. Orders & pricing
All prices on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
An order is confirmed only after you receive an order-confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to:
- Cancel orders due to incorrect pricing, stockouts, or suspected fraud.
- Limit quantity per order (max 3 Crystal Rakhi Gift Boxes per customer at launch).
- Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
If we cancel an order, we'll refund you in full within 5–7 working days.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — the logo, product designs, photographs, copy, illustrations, and the "Crystal Rakhi" and "Ritual Box" concepts — is the intellectual property of Celebration Kraft & Rashina Jain, protected under Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and the Designs Act, 2000.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content for commercial use without written permission.
6. Reviews & user content
When you submit a review, photo, or testimonial to us, you grant Celebration Kraft a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and reproduce it on our Site, social media and marketing materials, in perpetuity, with attribution where appropriate.
You confirm that the content is your own, doesn't infringe anyone else's rights, and is honest. We may edit for length or clarity but won't change the substance of your opinion.
7. Limitation of liability
Celebration Kraft is liable only for the actual value of the products you have purchased. We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses (e.g. emotional distress, opportunity loss).
- Delays caused by third-party shipping partners, customs, or natural events.
- Personal injury caused by improper use of a product.
- Site downtime due to maintenance or technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability is capped at the value of your last order.
8. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [your registered city — to be added].
