By placing an order with Celebration Kraft, you accept these three rules: (1) No returns without an unboxing video. (2) No exchanges. (3) Refunds initiated after full inspection within 7 working days of receiving the product back.
The three rules
No returns without an unboxing video.
To raise any return request, you must share a continuous, uncut unboxing video that clearly shows the sealed outer packaging, the brand seal/tape intact, the package being opened for the first time, and the condition of the product as removed. Without this video, no return claim will be accepted — no exceptions.
No exchanges.
We do not offer exchanges of any kind — for size, colour, variant, or product. Every piece in our studio is handcrafted in limited quantity, and exchanges disrupt our small-batch production. If your return is approved (see Rule 01), you'll receive a refund — not a replacement.
Refunds after inspection · 7 working days.
Refunds are initiated after a full inspection of the returned product, within 7 working days from the date we receive the product back at our studio. The inspection covers product condition, original packaging, tags, and verification against your unboxing video. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
How to request a return
- Record the unboxingStart filming before you cut the seal. Show the sealed outer packaging, all sides, brand tape intact. Open in one continuous take. Show the product as you remove it. No edits, no cuts.
- Write to us within 7 days of deliveryEmail celebrationkraft@gmail.com with subject Return request — Order #XXXX. Attach the unboxing video (Google Drive / WeTransfer link is fine), order ID, and the reason for return.
- We confirmWithin 2 working days, we review the video. If your claim is valid, we'll email you a return authorisation and the studio address to ship back to. Return-shipping cost is borne by you, unless the issue is our error (damaged-in-transit / wrong product shipped).
- You ship the product backPack the product in its original packaging with all tags intact. Use a tracked courier and share the AWB/tracking number with us.
- We inspect & refundWithin 7 working days from the date we receive the product back, we complete a full inspection. If everything is in order, we initiate the refund to your original payment method (UPI/NetBanking within 24 hours; card refunds take 5–7 working days bank-side after we initiate).
What is NOT returnable
The following are not eligible for return under any circumstance:
- Bespoke / made-to-order pieces (custom colours, monograms, personalisation)
- Bulk wedding & corporate orders
- Sale-section items marked "final sale"
- Products returned without an unboxing video (see Rule 01)
- Products returned without original packaging & tags
- Products with signs of use, wear, washing, or alteration
- Products where return is requested beyond 7 days from delivery
Damaged-in-transit or wrong product delivered
If your unboxing video clearly shows damage to the product during transit, or that the wrong product was shipped, the same 5-step process applies — but in this case return shipping is on us and the refund is processed in full (including any shipping you paid).
Cancellation
- Standard orders — cancellable within 12 hours of placement (before dispatch). Full refund within 7 working days.
- Pre-launch / waitlist orders — cancellable any time before dispatch. Full refund within 7 working days.
- Bespoke / personalised / bulk orders — cancellable within 24 hours of placement; 50% production charge applies after.
- After dispatch, cancellation is not possible — please use the return process (subject to Rule 01).
Refund timelines
Once approved (after inspection within 7 working days of receipt at our studio), refunds reach you in:
- UPI / Net Banking — within 24 hours of initiation.
- Credit / Debit cards — 5–7 working days (bank-side processing) after initiation.
- Wallet (Paytm, PhonePe) — 24–48 hours after initiation.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — refunded as store credit or to a bank account you share with us; bank credit takes 5–7 working days.
Lifetime care promise
Outside the returns window, we still care. If a handcrafted piece needs mending, restitching, redyeing or refinishing, send it back to us — we do it at cost, no labour charge.
