Customs duties & import taxes are payable by the recipient at the destination country, where applicable. We are not responsible for these charges.
Order processing
- Standard orders — dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment.
- Pre-launch & waitlist orders (e.g. Crystal Rakhi Gift Box) — dispatched in the order waitlist signups were received; expected dispatch window 25–28 August 2026.
- Bespoke / made-to-order — dispatch window communicated at order confirmation (typically 7–14 working days).
- Bulk wedding / corporate orders — please contact us before ordering; dispatch usually 10–21 working days.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- An email with tracking number & carrier link.
- A WhatsApp message with the same details (if you opted in at checkout).
- An SMS for in-transit and out-for-delivery updates.
Tracking is live within 24 hours of dispatch. If you can't see updates after 48 hours, write to celebrationkraft@gmail.com.
Failed delivery & address changes
If an order fails delivery (3 attempts) and returns to our studio:
- We'll contact you to reconfirm the address.
- You can either request re-shipment (₹149 re-shipment fee) or a refund minus original shipping cost.
To change shipping address, email us within 24 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, we can't redirect the package.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Don't open further — photograph the package and product from all sides.
- Email us within 48 hours at celebrationkraft@gmail.com with photos and your order number.
- We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — your call.
